At Hello Sunday, we treat our customers’ confidence in the efficacy of our
products extremely seriously. This is why in light of recent multiple recalls across
the industry resulting from recent testing discrepancies, we made the
proactive decision to retest our product range to ensure full confidence in the
protection our products provide.
Initial testing for The One For Your Eyes - eye cream SPF 50 confirmed that the
product met the labelled SPF 50 UVB protection, but recent test results showed
that it failed to meet the level of SPF stated on the product label.
While we have not received reports of any incidents related to this issue, and
we have not been notified by the relevant regulatory authorities of any
reported incidents either, we are proactively and voluntarily recalling The One
For Your Eyes- eye cream SPF 50 effective immediately, out of an abundance
of caution to ensure full consumer safety as well as product compliance and
efficacy, given that the level of protection may not be that stated on the
product label.
We ask our customers to please immediately stop using The One For Your Eyes-
eye cream SPF 50. Customers will be eligible for a refund.
