1. What’s happening

Hello Sunday has decided to initiate a voluntary recall of our the one for your eyes - mineral brightening eye cream SPF50 with peptides effective immediately, after recent tests showed a lower SPF protection than stated on the product label.

There have been no adverse incidents reported to us, but we are voluntarily recalling the product as a precaution because the health and safety of our customers are paramount to us.

If you bought this product, please immediately stop using it, and follow the steps below to get your refund. We also ask you to dispose of this product safely once your refund request has been processed.

2. Refund

You can receive a full refund (including delivery charges if you bought the product through our online website). If you bought the product through our online website, please complete the refund form online here. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you bought the product through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for a full refund.

3. Refund timing

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned product or proof of disposal.

4. Your consumer rights

This voluntary recall and refund are in addition to your legal and statutory rights under the UK and the EU consumer laws.

5. Privacy & data

We will only use the personal details you provide to process your refund and meet our regulatory obligations.
