An SPF line-up wouldn’t be complete without a mineral option, so with our community in mind we bring you the mineral one SPF 50. We didn’t skimp on protection levels, we worked hard to bring you a mineral formula that was SPF 50. Not only are we bringing you broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection, carnosine helps protect the skin from other daily aggressors such as blue light and pollution.

With 100% mineral filters and active ingredients such as zinc oxide and titanium, this gentle formula is the perfect product for acne prone and sensitive skin goers who need protection that will also soothe and provide an extra hydration boost - or anyone that just prefers a mineral sunscreen!

Unlike most mineral formulas that leave a chalky, pasty finish, the mineral one boasts a non-cosmetic tint that will help counteract and minimise any white cast which will allow for the product to be blended into the skin leaving you with a smooth and natural finish.

how to use

the mineral one SPF 50 face moisturiser: Apply generously on dry skin, half an hour before sun exposure and as a last step of the facial routine, before makeup. Reapply every 2 hours. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Good face cream, used with others.
I am getting older (pension this year), and I have vitiligo so need to keep out of the sun, and protect my skin. I am not used to wearing any make up, and my usual treatment, is to splash my face with water in the morning, and wash my face with soap in the shower now and then. The mineral one would presumably be white if no colour was added, but the colour is just right for me. I mix it with the everyday one, then put a little of the lighter 'one for your eyes', just under my eyes... The overall effect is not too heavy, and hardly noticable, which is what I want, so I am delighted, and intend to keep using them throughout the year... I have had no adverse reactions, or greasy patches, I think the mixure is perfect for me: Great products, Many thanks.

Best tinted spf I have every tried
I have tried over 100 sunscreens from Ireland, UK, Australia and US. This is by far the best one I have ever tried. It is cosmetically elegant, a perfect match for my very fair cool/neutral-toned skin, does not aggravate my sensitive skin and gives me enough coverage so I don't need foundation and the best part is that it is one of the very few sunscreens I have used that doesn't sting my eyes, even after wearing it for 12+ hours or if my eyes water throughout the day. I would imagine it wouldn't suit somebody with more tanned/ a warmer skin tone but there are many other good sunscreens that cater for warmer and darker tones. This is the only one I have found that works for very fair skin with cool - neutral tones.

Good!
It's lightweight, feels nice on the skin and I have not burnt since using it. It can make you look a little bit pale so I recommend using under makeup or alongside a fake tan. Probably not the best for dark skin tones.

Not for me unfortunately
As much as I wanted to enjoy this product. I found that it settled into my pores and fine lines and was very drying for my skin even with a small amount used. I did moisturize before also but made no difference. The tint on my skin seems very orange for some reason. I wish I could have liked this, but it was not for me.

Zinc Oxide & Titanium Dioxide

Zinc oxide is an inorganic property that works as a UV protective filter that blocks both short and long UVA rays whilst also blocking out all UVB rays. It is also used as a soothing agent to help ease irritation on sensitive skin. Titanium dioxide is a mineral that is composed of titanium and oxygen in the form of a white powder. No matter its size it does not penetrate below the skin’s surface making it a great option for sensitive skin as it is very gentle. It is extremely effective at blocking short wave UVA and UVB rays.
