Junior National Account Manager

Retail Partner Relationships

  • Develop new retail leads within new identified territories, approaching and pitching Hello Sunday in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Manager and European Marketing Manager. 
  • Build strong relationships with existing retail partnerships – assisting operations on key accounts and independently managing a number of smaller accounts.
  • Develop a clear strategy for managed accounts in line with sales target, identifying building blocks required to deliver growth
  • Negotiate new business opportunities, including pricing, distribution, space, location, visibility and product launches with the customer retail teams.
  • Plan and execute annual marketing calendars (JBPs), leveraging best possible exposure within agreed budget.
  • Delivering/leading brand and product training to customer service and store staff for retail partnerships.


Operational Excellence

  • Track sell-in, sell-out and sell-through information, using information to make operational recommendations to the wider hello Sunday team and/or retail partners.
  • Working with retailers, or with information available to you to develop SKU level forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain market promotional monitoring, overlay this information to brand sales and make recommendations to inform future activity.
  • Monitor and actively improve brand retail presentation on all external retailer platforms. (i.e. how can we be our best-selves on our retailers websites)
  • Ensure all sales administration support is completed on time and with the highest accuracy
  • Work cross functionally to delivery monthly retail sales and planning presentations for the business shareholders. (Team work makes the dream work)



  • Graduate level with a business-related degree or qualification, ideally with 2 years’ experience in FMCG account management OR 5+ year’s experience working within a beauty brand managing retailer relationships.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills (were talking vlookups, pivot tables and boss-level Powerpoint presos)
  • Understanding of P&L mechanics and associated terms (e.g. Net, Gross)
  • Understanding of pricing and promotions, impact to sales and how to use mechanics to drive growth.
  • Understanding of retailer short hand/terms (e.g. NLF, JBP)
  • Can demonstrate evidence of driving insight into action leading to growth

Working Location/Expectations

  • 9-6 Monday to Thursday, Friday 9-3. July & August provisionally reduced summer hours (hello summer fun!)
  • Home based 3-4 days per week until end of 2022, 1-2 days Central London office based, increasing to 3 days in 2023.
  • Occasional travel for upto 3 nights (expenses paid)
  • Due to industry events, may be required to work very occasional weekend

Sales and Marketing Intern


Are you obsessed with all things beauty and business? Just graduated with a degree in marketing or fresh out of school looking to get hands on experience in a fast-paced skincare start-up? Well you might just be the one for us…


Key Accountabilities:



  • Assisting with day to day internal sales functions (we’re talking admin, spreadsheet updates and keeping all the digital files organised)
  • Assisting retail partners and external customers with any administrative support, file sharing, sample distribution, availability queries (making sure we are being repped and stocked as well as possible!)
  • Weekly competition analysis/ promotional tracking during summer months (aka eye-ing up the competition!)


Customer Services

  • Maintaining customer service queries, responding rapidly to the initial query as well as raising relevant issues to internal stakeholders (don’t worry, no headset is involved, just a positive helpful attitude)
  • Monitoring customer reviews across all retail platforms (keeping track and reporting back to the team on overall feedback)



  • Contributing to product content for social platforms 
  • Assisting in content creation and day to day management of our TikTok account (living out your influencer dreams)
  • Monitoring social media accounts for customer service queries and responding as appropriate
  • Keeping on top of all social trends across all platforms (that's right, scrolling TikTok and IG is part of the job!)
  • Assisting in creation and distribution of influencer mailers and samples
  • Assisting with operations of marketing events


Experience/ Personality

  • A basic operational knowledge of Microsoft programmes and understanding of applications such as dropbox and google drive
  • Photoshop and/or Canva experience would be a great plus!
  • Wants a career in beauty or sales and marketing based role (this would be a great starting point and give lots of hands on experience)
  • Confident, great communication skills and a team player 
  • Good at prioritising and time management 
  • POSITIVE, LET’S DO THIS attitude

Graphic Design Freelancer


We’re on the hunt for a graphic design freelancer to help bring Hello Sunday to life through creative projects, marketing and asset creation.


If you’ve had experience within the health and beauty space you might just be the one for us! We’re after someone who can work flexibly and turn our ideas into “things” within 7 days.


Types of assets we’d be after are:

- Marketing/Direct branded emails

- Social Media assets

- Retailer asset creation/updating

- Image retouching

- Marketing event collateral design

- Digital marketing campaign design

- PR Mailer design and artwork

- Product photography (desirable but not essential)

International Account Manager


The role:

You will manage and develop an account base of new and existing accounts in your region. You will build long term relationships and execute the commercial plans of the brand in order to achieve and exceed defined revenue, growth and promotional objectives whilst ensuring that brand awareness and all commercial opportunities are maximised.


·      Drive sales growth in accounts through strong collaborative working relationship and activation plans aligned to brand and retailer objectives

·      Strong negotiator & collaborative in your approach to customer relationships, someone who looks for a win-win opportunities

·      Execute with excellence- tailor and deliver education and marketing plans in accounts

·      Respond quickly and effectively to client requests

·      Maintain an up to date knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence

·      Win new business and open new accounts that meet the brands premium criteria

·      Negotiate all T&C’s, JBP and other performance metrics

·      Building selling propositions & negotiation strategies

·      Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages very desirable

·      International sales experience managing distributors in FMCG ideally skincare, cosmetics or personal care (5+ years)
